During the early 2000s, I had the opportunity to work at Cincinnati Children's Hospital cafeteria, where I acquired extensive knowledge of kitchen safety. Later, as the Culinary Specialist at Youthland Daycare Center, I was able to apply my expertise in managing the kitchen, ensuring that it operated safely and efficiently.
Now, I take pride in imparting my knowledge to the service industry by educating them on the significance of food safety practices and efficient kitchen management.
